I’m very fourtinate to work with a great group of beer-loving people. So after work we went to happy hour at the Yardhouse. Boom Sauce was my beer of choice. Though Lord Hobo considers it an imperial IPA, it did not have the typical kick-you-in-the-face serious alcoholy bite and high alcohol (it’s at only 8% ABV). It has a clear golden yellow pour with aroma of pine, citrus, and some bread. It has geate pine flavor with citrus and orange sweetness, and ahop bite with a clean finish. Overall, very enjoyable.
